  • 2 tabléspoons of péanut buttér You can usé any nut buttér
  • ½ of an applé – thinly slicéd with thé skin on
  • 1 or 2 téaspoons of ground cinnamon


Spicy Méxican Avocado Bréakfast Toast

  • 1 piécé of toastéd wholé grain bréad
  • 2 to 3 tabléspoons of warm végan réfriéd béans
  • 3 slicés of tomato
  • ½ cup of choppéd spinach léavés
  • ½ of a thinly slicéd avocado
  • A drizzlé of sriracha or salsa


Banana Chia Chocolaté Chip Bréakfast Toast

  • 1 piécé of toastéd wholé grain bréad
  • ½ of a banana slicéd
  • 1 tabléspoon of chia sééds
  • 1 tabléspoon of mini chocolaté chips I usé Énjoy Lifé brand
