- 2 tabléspoons of péanut buttér You can usé any nut buttér
- ½ of an applé – thinly slicéd with thé skin on
- 1 or 2 téaspoons of ground cinnamon
Spicy Méxican Avocado Bréakfast Toast
- 1 piécé of toastéd wholé grain bréad
- 2 to 3 tabléspoons of warm végan réfriéd béans
- 3 slicés of tomato
- ½ cup of choppéd spinach léavés
- ½ of a thinly slicéd avocado
- A drizzlé of sriracha or salsa
Banana Chia Chocolaté Chip Bréakfast Toast
- 1 piécé of toastéd wholé grain bréad
- ½ of a banana slicéd
- 1 tabléspoon of chia sééds
- 1 tabléspoon of mini chocolaté chips I usé Énjoy Lifé brand
