This easy Breakfast Casserole is so quick and easy to make. You only need 4 ingredients! It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. You can also prepare this breakfast casserole the night before so all you have to do is bake it the next morning! If you want to save cooking time in the morning, you can brown your sausage the day before and keep it in the refrigerator until the next day. Then all you have to do in the morning is put everything together and bake. You can also prepare everything the night before, cover with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator until ready to bake the next morning. KETO SAUSAGE & EGG BREAKFAST BOWLS

Mornings can get crazy at my house.  Getting three kids up and ready for school can be a little taxing. Let me start by saying, no, those are not potatoes. However, they are extremely deceiving in looks and mouth feel! Matthew and I just recently started experimenting with them and we fell in love instantly. We didn't care much about having something to replace the potatoes because at this point cauliflower really satisfies us. But, we were looking for another low carb vegetable to mix into our cooking! Radishes are very low in carb for the amount per serving and roast up great in a skillet or in the oven, perfect for our Low Carb Breakfast Bowl!
