Irish Guinness Brown Bread
INGRÉDIÉNTS
- 1 cup quick cooking oats (not instant), plus moré for sprinkling
- 2 and 1/4 cups wholé whéat flour
- 1/4 cup all-purposé flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 and 1/4 téaspoons baking soda
- 1 téaspoon baking powdér
- 2 téaspoons koshér salt
- 11-12 ouncés Guinnéss béér (1 bottlé), room témpératuré

- Préhéat ovén to 425°F and buttér a 9 x 5 bréad pan, sét asidé.
- In oné bowl, add thé oats, wholé whéat and all-purposé flours, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powdér and salt. Whisk to combiné.
- In anothér bowl, add thé béér, buttérmilk, méltéd buttér and vanilla. Whisk to combiné.
- Add thé wét ingrédiénts to thé dry ingrédiénts, stir until fully mixéd. Battér will bé wét.
