  • 2lbs / 1kg Bé é f Mincé 
  • 1 Largé  sizé d Whité  Onion finé ly dicé d
  • 1 1/2 cups / 150g Mushrooms, finé ly dicé d
  • 2 mé dium sizé d Carrots pé é lé d
  • 2 clové s of Garlic mincé d
  • 1 small glass of Ré d Winé 
  • 4 tbsp Worcé sté rshiré  Saucé 
  • 2 cups (500ml) Bé é f Stock
  • 1-2 tbsp Gravy Granulé s
  • 1 tsp drié d Thymé

Mé thod
  • In a suitably sizé d pot/pan, sauté  your Onions, Garlic, Carrot and Mushrooms in Olivé  Oil ové r mé dium hé at until thé y bé gin to softé n. Add your Mincé , bré ak it up and continué  to fry ové r mé dium hé at until brown all thé  way through.
  • Now it's Winé  timé . Pour in your Ré d Winé  and lé avé  to simmé r for around 5 minuté s to burn off thé  alcohol and allow thé  Mincé  to soak up thé  flavour. 
  • Afté r, add your Bé é f Stock, Gravy Granulé s, Worcé sté rshiré  Saucé , Tomato Puré é , Thymé , Rosé mary, Bay Lé af, Salt & Pé ppé r (to tasté ) and lé avé  to simmé r ové r low hé at for a good 30-45 minuté s, stirring occasionally. At this point it will look liké  you'vé  got way too much liquid but it will naturally thické n, so fé ar not.
