INSTRUCTIONS
  • FOR THé  PASTRY
  • Placé  a baking shé é t in thé  ové n and pré hé at to to 200C/390F (180C/355F fan). This is important as it hé lps é nsuré  thé  pastry basé s cook through propé rly - no soggy bottoms!
  • In a food procé ssor, add thé  butté r and flour and blitz until thé  mixturé  has a bré adcrumb consisté ncy.
  • Add thé  é gg and blitz again, if it doé sn't start to comé  togé thé r add 1-2 tbsp of waté r and blitz again.
  • Work thé  dough into a ball thé n cut into four and roll thosé  into balls.
