Ketogenic fat bombs are such a blessing for everyone who is living the low carb lifestyle. Yes, the sugar cravings will (almost) disappear once you’re completely fat adapted but were only human and most of us still want something sweet once in a while. Sometimes things make more sense in your head than in real life. For instance, in my head this seemed brilliant and when I showed the finished product to Rob he was enthusiastic (well as enthusiastic as he tends to get :) about how pretty it was and how neat it was. After I got them all photographed and let the kids each eat one I suggested that we put the rest on a plate and take them to a neighbor.
